Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product, unless a product specifies a longer 'X-day money-back guarantee' period. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why ? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, as every return has a carbon footprint.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, defective, or damaged, and returned in its original condition, including packaging. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly email a photo of the item, along with your full name and order number, to info@artandines.com

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days- depending on your bank. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
